Day 7 Recap

Today found us back on the Rez painting houses. We are working on the two houses that Robin's group caulked yesterday.  Zane wanted us to complete one and get started on the other but for some reason we took longer than expected and didn't quite finish the first one. So tomorrow we'll be back again. Despite our slow speed, today was a lot of fun.  We are working with some other Christians from North Carolina, our two vastly different northern and southern cultures make the mix pretty fun. Zane, the work superintendent sent Chris out into the desert with a bucket for water.  Apparently there's no water in the desert (except for at the trailer 100 yards away.) 30 minutes later Chris was way way passed that and we had to yell for him to come back.  He is now named Waterboy for the rest of the trip and maybe later too. In the afternoon we took the Children's bus to Hallelujah Square and did ministry, games, crafts and sports with the kids.  We can't believe  we are getting close to the end of our trip.  Keep praying!!
